The managers at the prairie crossing apartment complex are the worst.

Hes a loser and a pretentious want to be. Cant finish anything he starts and thinks he's ok. Just stay away is your best bet.

You can't get in touch with them when you need them. They ignore phone calls and their phone mailbox is always full. We are having major problems and they are not getting back in touch with us. We are renters and very unhappy.

Do not trust these guys. They will just take your money. Mark Bennett is who I dealt with and he is a crook. Run from Mark and the rest of the Wallyball Lenders group.

I would have given less than one star if I could. He did extremely substandard work for us, walked off the job, did not answer calls or texts, did not show up for prearranged meetings with us. He owes us money we had to pay his subcontractors and for materials. Do Not Use him. Untrustwothy
